NDIS Approved and Order Placer

Choose the account that matches how you order. Then sign in, shop, and place the order on account.

Both options let you place orders on account with Joya. Pick the one that describes you.

For the participant

NDIS Approved

Register this way to place orders on account and pay with NDIS funding. You will add the participant's NDIS number and funding details during signup. We review those details and email you when there is an update.

NDIS number — at least 9 digits
Participant's date of birth — optional, in dd-mm-yyyy
Funding type — Self Managed, Plan Managed, or Agency Managed
Invoice email — where NDIS invoices should be sent. Agency Managed fills this in for you
Funding approval — tick this if you approve the order to be paid with the participant's NDIS funding

For coordinators and representatives

Order Placer

Register this way if you are a support coordinator or another authorised representative placing orders for an NDIS participant you support. There are no extra NDIS fields. Your account is ready as soon as you register, and you can place on-account orders for your participant.

Start Order Placer registration

If you choose NDIS Approved

1Open Create account and choose NDIS Approved under Your role.
2Enter the participant's NDIS number.
3Add the date of birth if you have it.
4Choose Self Managed, Plan Managed, or Agency Managed.
5Enter the invoice email. Agency Managed fills this in for you.
6Tick the funding approval if you approve payment from the participant's NDIS funding.
7Create the account and sign in. We email you when there is an update on your request.

If you choose Order Placer

1Open Create account and choose Order Placer under Your role.
2Enter your name, email, and password.
3Create the account. You will get an email confirming your Order Placer account is ready.
4Sign in and place on-account orders for the participant you support.

Place the order

Once your access is ready, ordering works the same for NDIS Approved and Order Placer.

Common questions

What is the difference between NDIS Approved and Order Placer?

NDIS Approved is for the participant, or the person setting up the participant's account, so orders can be placed on account and paid with NDIS funding. Order Placer is for support coordinators and other authorised representatives who place on-account orders for a participant they support.

What do I need to register as NDIS Approved?

You need the participant's NDIS number (at least 9 digits), the funding type (Self Managed, Plan Managed, or Agency Managed), and the email invoices should be sent to. The participant's date of birth is optional. For Agency Managed, the invoice email is filled in for you.

What happens after I register as NDIS Approved?

We review the details you submitted and email you when there is an update on your account. Order Placer accounts are ready as soon as you register, and you can sign in and place on-account orders for your participant.

How do I pay once my account is ready?

Sign in, add products to your cart, and at checkout choose On account under Payment method. That places the order to be paid later via your account.
