Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time. All orders are processed the same day if it placed before 11am and the next day if it placed after 11am. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Except local pickup and Gold Coast.
Emergency Delivery Option
Emergency delivery is available within a 90km radius, 24 hours, 7 days a week (minimum $500 spend and $150 shipping cost, only for professionals).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Joya Medical Supplies does not ship to P.O Box addresses for alcohol-based products.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation or tracking number from our courier company. Please provide a mobile number to process the tracking code. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
If you received your order damaged or faulty, take some pictures and please contact us at info@joyamedicalsupplies.com.au or fill out return form to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim
Product Shelf Life & Expiry Policy
Feeding products may be dispatched with a remaining shelf life of more than 30 days from the date of delivery, and non-feeding products may be dispatched with a remaining shelf life of more than 90 days from the date of delivery, without prior notice to the customer.
In cases where the remaining shelf life of feeding products is less than 30 days, or non-feeding products is less than 90 days from the date of delivery, customers may contact Joya Medical Supplies for assistance, and the matter will be addressed accordingly.
Products offered at discounted or sale prices due to shorter expiry periods shall not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement. By purchasing such products, the customer acknowledges and accepts the reduced shelf life of the product.
If customers require products with a longer remaining shelf life, they are requested to mention the same to customer service at the time of placing the order. Joya Medical Supplies will make reasonable efforts to process the order accordingly, subject to stock availability.

By placing a store pickup order with Joya Medical Supplies, the customer acknowledges and agrees to collect the order within 30 days from the date of the Ready for Pickup notification email.
Any order not collected within this period will be deemed unclaimed and may be discarded at Joya Medical Supplies’ discretion. In such cases, a restocking fee equal to the greater of $25.00 or 20% of the total order value will be deducted from the purchase amount.
Any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. Where a refund is not possible due to unavailable bank or payment details, a store credit will be issued instead.
Joya Medical Supplies reserves the right to enforce this policy to ensure efficient warehouse operations, effective use of storage space, and timely service to all customers.
